| GRID CASTING |

- In this section Positive and Negative grids are casted.
- The machines are highly efficient with an average output of 20-30 grids / min / machine.
- The alloy composition used here increases the strength of the grid and decreases the corrosion rate.
- Casted grids have a lighter weight that means lesser weight per battery.
- These Grids are especially designed for Longlife

| PASTING SECTION |

- Here Positive and Negative grids are Pasted.
- Traditional Pony mixers are used for paste preparation.
- These mixers have a capacity of 400-800 Kg Per batch.
- The paste is made with high quality which enables the battery to perform well even at a greater depth of discharge.
- The belt paster is used which enables pasting to be done thoroughly on both the sides

| HYDRO SETTING |

- Here the plates are cured to produce a better bond between the paste and the grid.
- A programmable Hydro setting Chamber is used to cure the plates.
- The chamber has a temperature range up to a 100ºC and also can maintain humidity up to a 100ºC.
- The chamber has a capacity to cure 3000 plates at per batch.

| CELL ASSEMBLY |

- Stacking –High end AGM separators are used in between the positive and negative plates. These separators have a greater porosity.
- Group Burning – Terminal welding is done very thoroughly to ensure a strong bond even while at a high rate of discharge.
- Heat sealing – The battery is heat sealed to avoid acid leak.
- Leak Testing – Leak testing is conducted to ensure that the cam withstand at high pressure also.
